Lisa joined Pacific West Bank in October 2018. With over 25 years of commercial banking experience, she leads a team of dedicated commercial bankers providing consultative relationship banking to locally owned businesses and nonprofit organizations. As a community connector, Lisa has a passion for serving nonprofits. Lisa’s expertise in nonprofit management is sought after by the community as a board member, workshop leader and speaker. She currently serves on the boards of Friends of the Children Portland, Clackamas Community College Foundation, Nonprofit Professionals Now and an advisory board member of Open Signal. She also serves on the finance committee for Quest Center for Integrative Health and the development committee for Ride Connection.

Alex joined Pacific West Bank in October 2018 and has been in the Portland commercial banking market since 2012. Most recently, he was a senior commercial lender with a regional community bank. His specialties are centered in commercial and industrial lending with substantial experience in lending to non-profits and other specialized industries. Alex currently chairs the President’s Council of the Portland Business Alliance and is an active board member with the Portland RMA, and the University of Oregon EMBA Alumni.

Andy joined Pacific West Bank in August 2011. With over 20 years of banking and finance experience, Andy is integral to our team. Andy's experience as a small business lender, branch manager and relationship manager provides him a broad foundation for his current position as a commercial loan officer. Andy manages a diverse portfolio of business clients including real estate investors, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, non-profit organizations and service professionals. Andy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. He is a graduate of the Western Banking School's Commercial Lending program. He enjoys community service as Past President of the Wilsonville Rotary Club and Board Member of the Wilsonville Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time Andy enjoys golf, tennis and Oregon football.

Carol joined Pacific West Bank in October 2018 and has been in the Portland commercial banking market for over 30 years with most of that time spent working for community banks. Carol thrives on finding the right solutions for each client while serving them with integrity and delivering exceptional customer service. Carol works with many local businesses with a focus on women professionals and nonprofit organizations. She looks forward to continuing her business development efforts in the Portland-Metro area with an expanded focus on working with businesses in Lake Oswego, Tualatin and West Linn. Carol has served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees and as a volunteer.

Eric joined Pacific West Bank in August 2020 with over 13 years of banking experience working with businesses large and small. As a Pacific Northwest native, his past 7 years have been spent here in Portland serving the business community. As Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer, Eric sits at Pacific West Bank’s Downtown Commercial Banking Office. His specialties include commercial and industrial lending, primarily focusing on manufacturers, distributors, contractors, service companies and professional services providers. Eric has served as Finance Chair and Treasurer for local school, Fruit and Flower, since 2018. Eric also has participated as the lead banking chairperson for the Manufacturers Affinity Group (MAG) since 2018.

Jim joined the Pacific West Bank team in November of 2019 bringing over 18 years of local commercial banking experience. As a native Oregonian, Jim has an in-depth knowledge of the Portland metropolitan area and the businesses within it. As a former small business owner, he has a unique perspective and enjoys helping other entrepreneurs grow and succeed. Jim also has extensive experience arranging construction and term financing for both owner-occupied and investor real estate projects throughout the state. Working on the latest Habitat for Humanity project is a favorite volunteer activity for Jim, as stable housing provides the opportunity for everyone to reach their full potential.

Kyle joined Pacific West Bank in October 2018. He has been in the commercial banking business for nearly 15 years specializing in depository and cash management products and services. Most recently, he has been the go-to specialist for all professional services companies for a regional community bank. Kyle’s experience spans across many industries including medical/dental, CPAs and contractors. He is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Portland and enjoys volunteering with numerous nonprofit organizations throughout the community.

Stephanie joined Pacific West Bank in February 2019. While she is new to Pacific West Bank, she has over 14 years of experience in the banking industry and has worked on the front line engaging with clients directly, as well as behind the scenes developing programs and systems. Stephanie specializes in the deposit management side of banking and has a passion for nonprofits, home owners associations and anything construction related. She is active in her community holding board positions with Pacific NW Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors, as well as the Northwest College of Construction.
