Pacific West Bank Internet Online Banking is a convenient way to access your accounts without going to the Bank. Online Banking is available to you from your home or office – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week just by using your personal computer. 

What Can I Do With Internet Banking?
You can access your checking, savings, line of credit, certificate of deposits, or loans to verify balances, *transfer money between accounts, order checks and export information to your personal financial software.

How Do The Balances That Are Shown Online Compare To The Bank Computer Balances?
Pacific West Bank uses "Real time Access" for your balance information. This means that the balance you see at home is exactly what the balance shows at the bank. In most cases, if you make a deposit or cash a check or even use your Debit Card, you will be able to see that transaction online immediately.

Is Internet Banking Private and Secure?
Pacific West Bank has incorporated state-of-the-art security into Online Banking to ensure both privacy and security. We require passwords, data encryption, firewalls and internal security procedures.

What is Data Encryption?
Data encryption is a method of coding information in order to provide privacy for the data flowing between your computer and the Bank's online server. We use 128-bit encryption for our Online Banking.

What Is A Firewall?
Our computer systems are protected by a system of filtering routers and firewalls, which create a protective shield between the outside Internet and the internal network of Pacific West Bank. We use layers of technology to ensure that your Internet transactions are secure and tamper-proof.

What Can I Do To Protect Myself?
Your Logon ID and Password provide one of the most important security features for Pacific West Bank Online Banking. Because you can select and change your password at anytime, you can prevent unauthorized online access to your accounts.

Does Pacific West Bank Online Banking Work With Quicken, QuickBooks and Microsoft Money?
Yes it does. Data can be downloaded to spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel or personal financial management software such as Quicken, QuickBooks or Microsoft Money. Pacific West Bank is a participating Financial Institution with Intuit via Web Connect and supports current and 2 prior year's versions of Quicken Windows, Quicken Mac, QuickBooks Windows and QuickBooks Mac. Pacific West Bank is also available on QuickBooks Online by selecting Pacific West Bank – Business Banking when setting up the account.
