STEVE GRAY
PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Steve, who joined the Bank as President in July 2008 and promoted to President and CEO in June, 2009, brings over 20 years accounting and finance experience, including seven years with an international CPA firm and six years as Corporate Controller for Microsoft. Steve, a native Oregonian, is a graduate of Oregon State University. Steve is a past officer and board member of several community organizations. He and his wife Katherine, residents of West Linn since 1991, have a son who is a recent graduate of West Linn High School and two daughters that attend schools in West Linn.

GREG FROMAN
CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER & EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Greg Froman joined Pacific West Bank as Chief Credit Officer & Executive Vice President in January, 2010. With over 35 years of lending experience in the banking industry, Greg is extremely experienced to manage all facets of the Banks credit administration and loan production functions, including credit approval, underwriting, loan servicing, special assets and loan portfolio management. Greg is a previous chairperson of the Real Estate Lending Committee of the Oregon Bankers Association, a board member of Junior Achievement, and involved with the Boy Scouts. Greg is a graduate of Texas Tech University (BA 1971). Greg and his wife Barb live in Beavercreek, Oregon.

BOB SEIBERT
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Bob Seibert joined Pacific West Bank in 2008 and will manage the bank's finances, implement and maintain internal controls, ensure proper financial reporting, and manage areas of financial risk.
Bob has over 17 years experience at community banks in Oregon and is a member of the Oregon Bankers Association's Financial Officers and Investment Committee. Bob is a graduate of South Salem H.S. and Willamette University (BA 1994; MBA 2008) and is active with Mercy Corps where his wife, Minda, is the Community Relations Officer. Bob, Minda and their toddler son, Will, reside in Tualatin.

CONNIE KEMP
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Connie joined Pacific West Bank in April, 2010 as the Compliance Officer and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in August, 2010. Connie oversees all areas of operations and business development for the Bank. She has over 34 years of banking experience, most recently in Senior Vice President and COO positions for banks in Oregon and Washington. Connie is a Past Member of Oregon Bankers Association Committees for Human Resources, Compliance (Chair) and Community Reinvestment (Chair) and a former Advisory Board Member and instructor at the Western Compliance School. Connie is a Graduate of Northwest Intermediate Banking School and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and Bank Compliance Officer. Connie and her husband, Rick, have lived in Oregon over 40 years where she is an active supporter and volunteer with Relay for Life, March of Dimes and CASA.

Kenn Bartley joined Pacific West Bank in November, 2008. Kenn will develop and implement the bank's strategic marketing plan, including advertising, public relations and branch merchandising. Kenn has over 25 years of marketing experience, the last 15 years as an executive in northwest real estate and mortgage firms. Kenn is a graduate of Southern Oregon University (BA 1982). A cancer survivor, Kenn has served on the Board of Directors of Cancer Care Resources in Portland. Kenn, his wife Marie and 7 year old son Kaden are active in sports, art collecting, photography and travel.

KRIS TUTTLE
BRANCH MANAGER
Kris joined Pacific West Bank as a Business Development Officer and was promoted to Branch Manager in August, 2010. Her banking career started in 1981, most recently as a VP/Branch Manager in Oregon City. Kris was born and raised in Oregon and is a past board member of Clackamas County Historical Society and Clackamas Heritage Partnership and a current board member of Work Force Investment Council of Clackamas County and the Oregon City Rotary. She is also active in the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce and the Clackamas County Lunch Buddy Mentoring program. Kris resides in Gladstone.

Lara is one of the original employees of Pacific West Bank since they opened in November, 2004. She has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry and is involved in multiple community activities and organizations. Lara and her husband, Greg, live in West Linn with their three daughters, Jadyn, Jaysa and Jordyn. Lara enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

In May 2008, Pacific West Bank welcomed Tish as a Personal Banker. While Tish is new to the customer service side of banking, she brings over 15 years' worth of experience in accounting, collections, and office management functions. Tish grew up in West Linn and is proud still to call it home. She has been married for 10 years and has two young daughters.

Todd joined Pacific West Bank in August 2008. He is responsible for financial analysis and underwriting of commercial loans, including small business, industrial, real estate and construction, and equipment finance. Todd brings over 12 years of experience in finance, sales and business development in various fields. He grew up in West Linn and earned his BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He and his wife, Jodie, live in Tigard and have a young son, Street. In his free time, Todd enjoys golf, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Goldie joined Pacific West Bank in 2010 as Loan Operations Manager. She manages the entire lending operations function including documentation of loans, loan and payment booking, billings, file maintenance, and lending compliance. She has over 30 years of operations and loan servicing banking experience at northwest operation centers of large national banks and is a graduate of Oberlin College (BA 1977). Goldie resides in Portland where she is an active supporter and volunteer with Rebuilding Together Portland.

Jayne joined Pacific West Bank as a Loan Processor in October, 2007 after moving from Arizona. She has three years experience as a Commercial Loan Processor and over six years previous experience in wholesale consumer loan processing. Jayne and her husband Dan reside in Tualatin. Her hobbies and interests include reading, hiking, baking, and spending time with family.

Scott joined Pacific West Bank in October 2007. A Portland resident for over 35 years, Scott brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in the technology and construction industries. Having worked in large corporations and start-ups including his own business Scott brings real insight and understanding to the needs of consumers and small business owners. Scott and his wife, Lynne, have been married for over 25 years and have two grown children, Devin and Kasey. Scott is an active Board member for a Beaverton non-profit. In his spare time Scott enjoys golf, tennis, and spending time with family and friends.

Nancy is an active volunteer with the Portland Rescue Mission and her children's schools.
