STEVE GRAY
PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Steve, who joined the Bank as President in July 2008 and promoted to President and CEO in June, 2009, brings over 20 years accounting and finance experience, including seven years with an international CPA firm and six years as Corporate Controller for Microsoft. Steve, a native Oregonian, is a graduate of Oregon State University. Steve is a past officer and board member of several community organizations. He and his wife Katherine, residents of West Linn since 1991, have a son who is a recent graduate of West Linn High School and two daughters that attend schools in West Linn.

DONALD V. BURGARD
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Don, a long time Portland resident, is responsible for day-to-day bank operations including data processing, service delivery, security, internal audit and compliance. Don brings over 30 years of banking experience to his position.

GREG FROMAN
CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER & EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Greg Froman joined Pacific West Bank as Chief Credit Officer & Executive Vice President in January, 2010. With over 35 years of lending experience in the banking industry, Greg is extremely experienced to manage all facets of the Bank’s credit administration and loan production functions, including credit approval, underwriting, loan servicing, special assets and loan portfolio management. Greg is a previous chairperson of the Real Estate Lending Committee of the Oregon Bankers Association, a board member of Junior Achievement, and involved with the Boy Scouts. Greg is a graduate of Texas Tech University (BA 1971). Greg and his wife Barb live in Beavercreek, Oregon.

JEFF TAINER
VICE PRESIDENT
Jeff Tainer joined Pacific West Bank as Vice President and Loan Officer in January 2007. Jeff was with Bank of Salem for the past 9 years starting their Portland and Tigard branches from scratch. Bank of Tigard grew to $74 million in assets under his leadership. Jeff graduated from the University of Oregon in 1979 and holds an MBA from the University of Portland. He has been married to Pam for 21 years; his daughter Ashlie is a senior at Tualatin High school and Ryan and Randall are in middle school. When Jeff isn't coaching he enjoys golf.

BOB SEIBERT
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Bob Seibert joined Pacific West Bank in 2008 and will manage the bank's finances, implement and maintain internal controls, ensure proper financial reporting, and manage areas of financial risk.
Bob has over 17 years experience at community banks in Oregon and is a member of the Oregon Bankers Association's Financial Officers and Investment Committee. Bob is a graduate of South Salem H.S. and Willamette University (BA 1994; MBA 2008) and is active with Mercy Corps where his wife, Minda, is the Community Relations Officer. Bob, Minda and their toddler son, Will, reside in Tualatin.

KENN BARTLEY
MARKETING MANAGER
Kenn Bartley joined Pacific West Bank in November, 2008. Kenn will develop and implement the bank's strategic marketing plan, including advertising, public relations and branch merchandising. Kenn has over 25 years of marketing experience, the last 15 years as an executive in northwest real estate and mortgage firms. Kenn is a graduate of Southern Oregon University (BA 1982). A cancer survivor, Kenn has served on the Board of Directors of Cancer Care Resources in Portland. Kenn, his wife Marie and 7 year old son Kaden are active in sports, art collecting, photography and travel.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Lara is one of the original employees of Pacific West Bank since they opened in November, 2004. She has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry and is involved in multiple community activities and organizations. Lara and her husband, Greg, live in West Linn with their three daughters, Jadyn, Jaysa and Jordyn. Lara enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Lori brings to Pacific West Bank over 20 years of experience in banking, with the last 17 focused specifically on the operational side of the business. She joined the Bank in October 2007. Lori lived most of her life in a small town near Eugene, OR before moving to Oregon City in 2003, where she and her husband make their home. They keep busy with 20 grandchildren ranging from 2 to 16 years of age. Lori enjoys the beach and antique shop bargain hunting.

Todd joined Pacific West Bank in August 2008. He is responsible for financial analysis and underwriting of commercial loans, including small business, industrial, real estate and construction, and equipment finance. Todd brings over 12 years of experience in finance, sales and business development in various fields. He grew up in West Linn and earned his BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He and his wife, Jodie, live in Tigard and have a young son, Street. In his free time, Todd enjoys golf, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

In May 2008, Pacific West Bank welcomed Tish as a Personal Banker. While Tish is new to the customer service side of banking, she brings over 15 years' worth of experience in accounting, collections, and office management functions. Tish grew up in West Linn and is proud still to call it home. She has been married for 10 years and has two young daughters.

Kris joined Pacific West Bank as a Business Development Officer responsible for creating, building and retaining personal and business accounts primarily from Oregon City and surrounding communities. Her banking career started in 1981, most recently as a VP/Branch Manager in Oregon City. Kris was born and raised in Oregon and is a past board member of Clackamas County Historical Society and Clackamas Heritage Partnership and a current board member of Work Force Investment Council of Clackamas County and the Oregon City Rotary. She is also active in the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce and the Clackamas County Lunch Buddy Mentoring program. Kris and her husband Jeff reside in Gladstone.

Scott and his wife, Lynne, have been married for over 25 years and have two grown children, Devin and Kasey. Scott is an active Board member for a Beaverton non-profit. In his spare time Scott enjoys golf, tennis, and spending time with family and friends.

Nancy, originally from Lake Oswego, joined Pacific West Bank in June 2008 and brings with her a commitment to exceptional customer service when opening accounts, conducting transactions, explaining products and services, etc. She and her husband of 23 years, Kevin, live in West Linn and have three children. Nancy is an active volunteer with the Portland Rescue Mission and her children's schools.
