CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Doug, a Portland native, has long-term Portland business
experience including 25 years in the banking industry. He is one
of the original organizers of the bank and has served as the President
and Chief Executive Officer since the opening of the bank. Doug
and his family are residents of West Linn.

STEVE
GRAY
PRESIDENT
Steve, who joined the Bank as President in July 2008, brings
over 20 years accounting and finance experience, including seven
years with an international CPA firm and six years as Corporate
Controller for Microsoft. Steve, a native Oregonian, is a graduate
of Oregon State University. He and his wife Katherine, residents
of West Linn since 1991, have a son, Chase, who is a recent graduate
of West Linn High School and two daughters, Callan and Chandler,
that attend schools in West Linn. Steve is a past officer and
board member of several community organizations, including the
West Linn Youth Basketball Association and the West Linn Softball
Association.

DONALD V. BURGARD
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Don, a long time Portland resident, is responsible for day-to-day
bank operations including data processing, service delivery, security,
internal audit and compliance. Don brings over 30 years of banking
experience to his position.

JEFF TAINER
VICE PRESIDENT
Jeff Tainer joined Pacific West Bank as Vice President and
Loan Officer in January 2007. Jeff was with Bank of Salem for the
past 9 years starting their Portland and Tigard branches from scratch.
Bank of Tigard grew to $74 million in assets under his leadership.
Jeff graduated from the University of Oregon in 1979 and holds
an MBA from the University of Portland. He has been married to
Pam for 21 years; his daughter Ashlie is a senior at Tualatin High
school and Ryan and Randall are in middle school. When Jeff isn’t
coaching he enjoys golf.

LARA DEWEY
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Lara is a resident of West Linn and has been involved in
multiple community activities and organizations. She has been active
in the financial services industry for over 15 years. With the
bank from the beginning, Lara is a professional who has combined
her talents with the core values and commitment of Pacific West
Bank to be involved in the community.

SCOTT GAERISCH
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, KRUSE WAY BRANCH
Scott joined Pacific West Bank in October 2007. A Portland
resident for over 35 years, Scott brings over 20 years of experience
in sales and marketing in the technology and construction industries.
Having worked in large corporations and start-ups – including his
own business – Scott brings real insight and understanding to the
needs of consumers and small business owners. Scott and his wife,
Lynne, have been married for over 25 years and have two grown children,
Devin and Kasey. Scott is an active Board member for a Beaverton
non-profit. In his spare time Scott enjoys golf, tennis, and spending
time with family and friends.

TERISA LUNDY
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR, KRUSE WAY BRANCH
Terisa joined Pacific West Bank in April 2007 and brings
with her a wealth of experience in all areas that comprise Operations.
Terisa not only is responsible for such operational functions as
branch capture and exception items yet also provides personalized
customer service. In her spare time Terisa enjoys golfing. She
and her husband, Dan, live in Tualatin.
