STEVE GRAY

Steve, who joined the Bank in July 2008 and was promoted to President and CEO in June, 2009, has over 20 years accounting and finance experience, including seven years with an international CPA firm and six years as Corporate Controller for Microsoft Corporation. Steve, a native Oregonian, is a graduate of Oregon State University. Steve is a member of the Board of Directors of the Oregon Bankers Association and is active in several community organizations. He and his wife Katherine live in West Linn and have two children in college and one in high school.

GREG FROMAN
CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER & EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Greg joined Pacific West Bank as Chief Credit Officer & Executive Vice President in January, 2010. With over 35 years of lending experience in the banking industry, Greg manages all facets of the Banks credit administration and loan production functions, including credit approval, underwriting, loan servicing, special assets and loan portfolio management. Greg is a previous chairperson of the Real Estate Lending Committee of the Oregon Bankers Association, a board member of Junior Achievement, and involved with the Boy Scouts. Greg is a graduate of Texas Tech University (BA 1971). Greg and his wife Barb live in Beavercreek, Oregon.

BOB SEIBERT
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Bob joined Pacific West Bank in 2008 and manages the Bank's finances, implements and maintains internal controls, ensures proper financial reporting, and manages areas of financial risk. Bob has over 20 years experience at community banks in Oregon and is a member of the Oregon Bankers Association's Financial Officers and Investment, Human Resources, and Technology Committees. Bob holds BA and MBA degrees from Willamette University and is active with Mercy Corps where his wife, Minda, is Manager of Community Fundraising. Bob, Minda and their son reside in Tualatin.

CONNIE KEMP
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Connie joined Pacific West Bank in April, 2010 as the Compliance Officer and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in August, 2010. Connie oversees all areas of operations and business development for the Bank. She has over 36 years of banking experience, most recently in Senior Vice President and COO positions for banks in Oregon and Washington. Connie serves on Oregon Bankers Association Committees for Operations, Compliance and F.I.S.T and is a former Advisory Board Member and instructor at the Western Compliance School. Connie is a Graduate of Northwest Intermediate Banking School and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and Bank Compliance Officer. Connie and her husband, Rick, have lived in Oregon over 41 years and have one grown daughter. She is a director and member of the Soroptimist Club of Lake Oswego/West Linn and is a former Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).

KRIS TUTTLE

Kris joined Pacific West Bank as a Business Development Officer and was promoted to Branch Manager in August, 2010. Her banking career started in 1981, most recently as a VP/Branch Manager in Oregon City. Kris was born and raised in Oregon and is a past board member of Clackamas County Historical Society and Clackamas Heritage Partnership and a current board member of Work Force Investment Council of Clackamas County and the Oregon City Rotary. She is also active in the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce and the Clackamas County Lunch Buddy Mentoring program. Kris resides in Gladstone.

Tish brings over 15 years' worth of experience in accounting, collections, and office management functions. Tish grew up in West Linn and is proud to still call it home. She has been married for 10 years and has two beautiful daughters.

Andy joined Pacific West Bank in August 2011, adding 18 years of banking and finance experience to our team. Andy's experience as a consumer and small business lender, branch manager and relationship manager provides him a broad foundation for his current position as a commercial loan officer. Andy enjoys managing a diverse portfolio of business clients including manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, non-profit organizations and service professionals. Andy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. He is a graduate of the Western Banking School's Commercial Lending program. Andy is active with his two young children. He enjoys community service as Past President of the Wilsonville Rotary Club and Board Member of the Wilsonville Chamber of Commerce.

Todd joined Pacific West Bank in August 2008. He is responsible for financial analysis and underwriting of commercial loans, including small business, industrial, real estate, construction, and equipment finance. Todd brings over 12 years of experience in finance, sales and business development in various fields. He grew up in West Linn and earned his BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He and his wife, Jodie, live in Tigard and have a young son. In his free time, Todd enjoys golf, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Goldie joined Pacific West Bank in 2010 as Loan Operations Manager. She manages the entire lending operations function including documentation of loans, loan and payment booking, billings, file maintenance, and lending compliance. She has over 30 years of operations and loan servicing banking experience at northwest operation centers of large national banks and is a graduate of Oberlin College (BA 1977). Goldie resides in Portland where she is an active supporter and volunteer with Rebuilding Together Portland.
