STEVE GRAY
PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Steve, who joined the Bank in July 2008 and was promoted to President and CEO in June, 2009, has over 20 years accounting and finance experience, including seven years with an international CPA firm and six years as Corporate Controller for Microsoft Corporation. Steve, a native Oregonian, is a graduate of Oregon State University. Steve is a member of the Board of Directors of the Oregon Bankers Association and is active in several community organizations. He and his wife Katherine live in West Linn. 503-905-2217

JOHN ACEVEDO
CREDIT ADMINISTRATOR
John joined Pacific West Bank in December 2011 and serves as Credit Administrator. John brings 35 years of experience as a commercial banker working at all levels of banking including financial management, operations, and credit administration. John, a native of the Pacific Northwest, holds a BA in Business Administration from Central Washington University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. John has been involved in the Rotary Club for a number of years and enjoys tennis and sailing in his leisure time. 503-905-2225

BOB SEIBERT
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Bob joined Pacific West Bank in 2008 and manages the Bank's finances, implements and maintains internal controls, ensures proper financial reporting, and manages areas of financial risk. Bob has over 20 years experience at community banks in Oregon and is a member of the Oregon Bankers Association's Financial Officers and Investment, Human Resources, and Technology Committees. Bob holds BA and MBA degrees from Willamette University and is active with Mercy Corps where his wife, Minda, is Manager of Community Fundraising. 503-905-2226

CONNIE KEMP
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Connie joined Pacific West Bank in April, 2010 as the Compliance Officer and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in August, 2010. Connie oversees all areas of operations and business development for the Bank. She has over 37 years of banking experience, most recently in Senior Vice President and COO positions for banks in Oregon and Washington. Connie serves on Oregon Bankers Association Committees for Operations, Compliance and F.I.S.T and is a former Advisory Board Member and instructor at the Western Compliance School. Connie is a Graduate of Northwest Intermediate Banking School and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and Bank Compliance Officer. She is a director and member of the Soroptimist Club of Lake Oswego/West Linn and is a former Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). 503-905-2220


ANDY BENNETT
VP/SR. LOAN OFFICER
Andy joined Pacific West Bank in August 2011. With over 20 years of banking and finance experience, Andy is integral to our team. Andy's experience as a small business lender, branch manager and relationship manager provides him a broad foundation for his current position as a commercial loan officer. Andy manages a diverse portfolio of business clients including real estate investors, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, non-profit organizations and service professionals. Andy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. He is a graduate of the Western Banking School's Commercial Lending program. He enjoys community service as Past President of the Wilsonville Rotary Club and Board Member of the Wilsonville Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time Andy enjoys golf, tennis and Oregon football. 503-905-2229


CHERI MACFARLANE
VICE PRESIDENT AND SR. LOAN OFFICER
Cheri joined Pacific West Bank as Vice President and Sr. Loan Officer in February 2012. Cheri is an accomplished finance executive with 30 years of experience in business banking and delivery of business lending products to the Pacific Northwest. Complementing her long term banking experience, as an owner of a successful consulting business, she delivered financial seminars to business bankers nationwide focusing on meeting the finance needs of small businesses. Cheri's volunteer and community work includes Oregon City School District Budget Committee, School PTA and PTSO Board President and Treasurer, Oregon City Schools Foundation and Financial Women International. Cheri has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics & Finance from Kansas State University 1983. She enjoys spending time with her family, walking, reading and gardening. 503-905-2221

KRIS TUTTLE
VICE PRESIDENT AND BRANCH MANAGER WEST LINN
Kris joined Pacific West Bank as a Business Development officer in 2009 and was promoted to Branch Manager at the West Linn office in 2010. Her banking career began in 1981, working for several banks as an AVP/Branch Manager in Oregon City. Her primary focus is business development of both commercial lending and deposit relationships. Kris currently volunteers and chairs fundraising events for the Clackamas County Historical Society. Kris is a member of the Oregon City Rotary club and past Membership chairperson for 15 years. She is a member of the Oregon City Chamber as well and regularly volunteers for activities held in West Linn. Kris is a native Oregonian living here most of her life. 503-905-2231

ANGILA PETRIS
VICE PRESIDENT AND BRANCH MANAGER LAKE OSWEGO
Angila joined Pacific West Bank in March, 2014 as Branch Manager of the Lake Oswego office. Her main focus is business development and community connection. Getting to know and serving her customers and community members is a great pleasure to her.

In addition to earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance at the local Portland campus of The University of Phoenix, Angila brings 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, where she has served as Personal Banker, Consumer and Small Business Loan Officer and, VP/Branch Manager for various banks.

Angila volunteers her time to advocate for foster children as a CASA representative for Multnomah and Washington counties. In her spare time Angila enjoys camping, kickboxing, and relaxing with a good book. Angila is a member of the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce. 503-905-2252
