The Bank Directors live and raise their families in the surrounding
neighborhoods of our community. Each is dedicated to strengthening
the ties of the community while introducing a bank that serves
its neighbors with personal attention and quality products. With
local ownership also comes local involvement including investment
in long-term relationships that benefit both Pacific West Bank
customers and its shareholders.
Steven W. Gray
Steven W. Gray is the President of Eagle Business Consulting,
Inc. and a private investor. Mr. Gray formerly was Corporate Controller
for Microsoft Corporation, where his responsibilities included
establishment of financial systems and internal accounting controls,
corporate financial planning, and internal and external financial
reporting. Steve also formerly was a Certified Public Accountant
at Deloitte and Touche. He is a graduate of Oregon State University. |
Timothy L. Hysell
Timothy L. Hysell is President, CEO and owner of Millennium
Solutions, Inc. (Tualatin), an operations management consulting
company. Mr Hysell is CFO and owner of PSI Acquisition, LLC (Salem),
an Intelligent Traffic Equipment manufacturer. Mr. Hysell also
has served as a regional Cardiovascular Ultrasound Manager for
General Electric and a sales representative and independent manufacturer’s
representative for Hewlett-Packard Ultrasound. Tim received a Bachelor
of Science degree from Concordia University and Associate of Applied
Science degree from Spokane Community College. |
Edwin J. Kawasaki
Edwin J. Kawasaki is a member of Kenryu Properties Northwest,
LLC, a privately held partnership which owns, develops, manages
and operates commercial and industrial real estate. Ed is a licensed
real estate broker in the states of Oregon and Washington. Formerly,
Mr. Kawasaki has been Chief Financial Officer for Sonus Corp.;
Executive Vice President and principal for Stafford Capital Corp.;
Senior Vice President for Peregrine Holding, LTD.; Controller for
Lewis & Clark College; and a CPA. Ed holds a J.D. from Northwestern
School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the
University of Oregon. |
Michael L. Kelley
Michael L. Kelley is a local real estate investor involved
in the development, ownership and management of multi-family residential
buildings and office buildings in the Pacific Northwest. He is
the managing member of the West Linn Corporate Park and a principal
in Horizon Construction and Cascade Rental Management. Mike holds
a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. |
Susan N. Lamont
Susan Nozaki Lamont is an Account Executive at KATU, the
ABC affiliate in Portland. Sue has been involved in sales, promotions
and marketing for over 25 years, also having worked at KPTV. Sue
is a native Oregonian and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration
from the University of Oregon. |
Douglas H. Leeding
Douglas H. Leeding is President and CEO of Pacific West
Bank. Doug is a former member of WKL Investments, LLC, a real estate
investment company in West Linn. Prior to that, he served as Executive
Vice President of Key Bank, managing seven commercial banking teams
in the Pacific Northwest, the real estate lending group in Oregon,
the Special Assets Group, and the Bank-owned real estate portfolio,
among other significant duties. He received a Masters of Business
Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance Law
from Portland State University. |
Patrick McCloskey
Patrick (Rick) McCloskey is CEO of Technocom, Inc., a technology
infrastructure company based in Oregon and Washington. Formerly,
Rick served as CFO and then COO of NorAm Telecommunications Inc,
a fiber optic engineering and construction company acquired by
a NYSE company (listed as Quanta Services) in 2000. In early 2001,
Rick created Insight Development Group LLC, an angel investment
group which invested capital and provided business advice to 12
different small businesses or start-up companies in Oregon – four
of which merged to form Technocom in 2004. Mr. McCloskey attended
University of Oregon, where he earned a degree in Finance and Accounting,
and Linfield College, where he earned a degree in Computer Science.
Rick serves on the Brian Henninger Children’s Charity Board. |
Steven F. Miller
Steven F. Miller is President and owner of R.F. Stearns,
Inc., a national leader in design/build steel construction, headquartered
in West Linn. With the company for over 19 years, Mr. Miller took
the reins from founder Bob Stearns in 1996. Previously, Steve was
a manager in the steel fabrication industry and a designer of agricultural
equipment. He studied engineering and business management at Washington
State University and is a certified Design Build Professional. |
Craig S. Ostbo (not pictured)
Craig S. Ostbo is Partner and Principle at Koopman Ostbo
Marketing Communications (KO), a Portland-based integrated marketing
firm. Mr. Ostbo acts as Sr. Marketing and Brand Strategist and
has directed the branding and marketing strategies for numerous
national companies, including Wild Oats Markets, the Yoshida Group,
Kroger’s Naturally Preferred Brand, Mortgage Market, and Smucker’s/R.W.
Knudsen. Prior to KO, Craig was Managing Partner of the advertising
and public relations firm Tom Drake & Associates. |
Daniel M. Taylor
Daniel M. Taylor is Executive Vice President and owner/partner
of Taylor Made Labels, Inc., in Lake Oswego. Taylor Made is one
of the leading label manufacturers in the Northwest and employs
over 80 people. Dan formerly was a sales executive for McLean Trucking,
Schneider National, and Ryder Systems. He is a graduate of the
University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. |
