Pacific West Bank, our Directors and Staff are proudly involved
in our respective surrounding communities. The Bank provides
financial support to many local causes, and our Directors and
Staff volunteer their time and energies to a wide variety of
community, business and charitable organizations.
Recognizing and Rewarding Our Youth
Providing an incentive for area youths, Pacific West Bank sponsors
weekly recognition for three middle school and/or high school
students who show excellent academic performance and leadership
qualities. We honor a different trio of Academic All-Stars each
week with information and photos in The West Linn
Tidings. Pacific West Bank also invites each student to
open a savings account – we even add the first $50!
Rallying For Our Schools’ Sports, Arts
and Educational Programs
Pacific West Bank has sponsored many high school sports teams
and continues to provide support to numerous programs at the
high school through participation in the sports’ poster
programs. We also provide continued sponsorship for many of West
Linn’s youth teams, including baseball, softball, football,
volleyball and basketball.
Funding for non-sports programs is equally important, and here
Pacific West Bank makes no exception. We have proudly sponsored
the high school theatre/arts programs as well as in-school programs,
at various grade levels, that help our children learn fiscal
responsibility at an early age…to be carried through into
their adult lives.
Standing By and Beside Our Business Community
Pacific West Bank supports the local business community through
active participation in the West Linn, Lake Oswego, Tualatin,
Tigard, Oregon City and North Clackamas Chambers of Commerce
and sponsorship of various events and luncheons held by the Chambers.
Giving Back to Our Neighborhoods
We’re often told by customers that our Directors and
Staff know everyone and are known by everyone in their respective
communities…and they’re right! You can see us at
Rotary meetings…sponsoring and working Concerts in the
Park…coaching our kids’ various school sports teams…sponsoring
and playing in golf tournaments organized for worthwhile causes…and
so much more. At Pacific West Bank, we’re dedicated to
and involved in all our communities we’re proud to call
home.
